I am sorry to appear so dense, but there is absolutly nothing about a model number anywhere on the brain.  I clipped all the cable ties and looked on all side of it.  There are two little circles embossed for the date stamp - looks like September of 94 and another sticker that says "OK/4H made in Taiwan".  On the back it says that it's a Directed (?)Electronics from Vista CA,  and the FCC number that I listed above, also a warning that there is nothing inside to adjust, see installation manual.  Nothing what soever about a model number.  The top of the brain has an embossed grid (like the Viper pictures) and in the middle where a brand/model might be is blank.  I guess they weren't too proud of this model!

The remote says Automate on the front and DEI on the back.
