I already installed a viper 719 in my wifes 96 lexus es300, the alarm works fine. i started to install the 530t, and was wondering, the drivers side has a master switch, with one touch down for the drivers,  and window lock, can the 530t be installed in the harness after the switch, or do they have to hooked up directly to the motors, also is the gray wire necessary? if so, how does it need to be wired. i searched for related topics but none came up. thanks in advance....

For the driver's window, it has to be hooked up directly to the motor.  The gray wire is only needed if when the windows roll up the shock sensor sets off the alarm.

thanks, someone else told me that they all could be wired directed from the harness/power windows, so just double checking.

Yes you can just tie the 2 oranges and 2 RED / whites together.  Though if you want to be able to roll the 2 pairs of windows down separately from each other you'd end up tying one RED / white to the channel 4 output then the other one to the channel 5 output.  So what you'd end up with is both sets of windows roll up when you lock the car.  Then when you hit lock and aux on the remote one set of windows would roll down, then unlock and aux would roll the other set of windows down.  It's all up to you as to how you want to wire it.
