Wiring Kits and Dash Kits

I'm looking into starting my own customs shop in my area. I was wondering what install kits and wiring kits you guys use. I have used Metra recently and I'm not too impressed. I used to use a really good company when I worked for my last audio employer here in Florida, but now I can't remember the name of the kit company. Any suggestions on what company to use? If you own or manage a shop please tell me why you like the company. Im interested in knowing how they treat you as a company as well as the quality of their product. (i.e. customer service, shipping, etc etc) Thanks
