I have two 15" Soundstream 15's and a 2400watt Fosgate amp and needless to say it is loud! Right now I have them in a seald box with no wall, it is the perfect amount of airspace for them aswell and it rattles your chest (measured 144 db's). If I were to put it in a vented box or a ported box, do you think it would sound better? Please give any suggestions

Put them into a properly constructed and ported enclosure. Then they will come alive. If you also paint the box green, you will get another 2db out of it, 3db if the thing is camo color to get rid of the hot spots that soak up bass response.
Top Secret, I can tell you but then my wife will kill me.

Either will work fine...Just make sure the ports aren't too small. For 15's...What do you guys think? Minimum of like a 5-6 inch round port?

There is a specific port diameter and length ratio that is porportional to the box size for a specific tuning frequency. A guess is not going to cut it.

Lol I was just saying for the DIAMETER. Theres a port calculator on this website off to the left. Just mess around with those numbers until you get what your looking for.
Port diameter does go with box size i guess...Just don't put a 2 inch port in there. lol
