alarm/remote start 2005 corolla?

im having a problem disarming the the factory alarm on a 2005 corolla. it says to use the status output on the blu/blk wire on the ignition harness to disarm but whn i use it it still doesnt start without the key.. can anyone help please?

i was told to use the status output to disarm the factory alarm while remote starting but when i use it does nothing but crank the engine. it say to plugin to the keysense blu/blk on the ignition harness. can anyone tell me why this isnt working

My notes say to pulse the "unlock" wire to disarm. What type of imobilizer bypass are you using?

it didnt say to use a bypass it just said to connect the status output to the keysense wire

sounds like you might have a chip in the key...
if it starts when you put the key in the cylinder and doesnt start without the key in the cylinder it will need a bypass. directed part number 556u will work, but you are going to loss a key.

yeah that will work as well, thats just last years part number, basicly the same as the 556u
