you see i live in florida where here and like gorgia all peoples systems are farelly loud. although i am pushing two 13w7s however I keep my music down in the right areas so I have never had a problems. tickets are deserved for those pushing the limit in the residential areas.

mecp certification is not always needed. I have it and it has not helped me out at all. my experience out shines it.

Yeah, Going to court isnt the issue, as far as im concerned im already there. The 225 for the sound I couldnt care less about, its the 75 for the passing on the right I want to fight. The sound isnt a moving violation, and the passing on the right is (which is a BS pass on the right, I was pretty much forced to pass on the right) Which I will go to court for and I know I will easily get out of that, and I might as well go for the sound getting knocked down. I do a real lot of work in that town, and the town makes enough money off of my company.
Often times around here if you donate some money to a charity that day theyll throw it out like it never happened. This is what I am hoping for. But I pretty much need to go to court for the moving violation, because I am not going to have anything on my crystal clear driving record.

phew i am so glad that sent, I had a power outage less than a second after I pressed submit that lasted 2 hours. (DAMN heat wave) umm... yeah, thats another thing, it was in a business discrict at 9pm on sunday. everything was DEAD there were about 3 cars on the road. :-/ eh, as I said earlier, just a annoyance and waste of time.
