2000 Mitsubishi Galant Remote Start

Hi! I have a Hornet 546T installed in my Galant and wanted to add on the remote start. I purchased the 556uw bypass module but have no idea of how to install it and I was hoping someone could help. I would appreciate any help I can get. Thanks in advace.

you should have an guide in the box. but the wirng is as follows

12v ignition and ground are self explanitory then you should have a blue wire that goes to the ground out from the remote starter and a key sense positve and negative use one purple and green i belive after that is wired the back of the 556u has 4 screws remove and insert a second key into module the other harness with the ring needs to be placed around the key cylinder of the vehicle

1-You need to scrap one of you key for that bypass (556uw) so you propably purchase a new key for you. You must be install this key in your bypass to complete your installation.
2-You can purchase a bypass have built-in TRANSPONDER (same chip inside the factory key) PATS-MITSUBISHI-1 made by Fortin Electronic Systems. But you need to have dealer SCAN TOOL for programming this unit.
If you planning to purchase a new key you need the dealer SCAN TOOL to program this new key also. But the key is much more expansive than PATS-MITSUBISHI-1.
