Hey I lost my remote for my compustar alarm and the alarm is armed. I had my car parked for a few months and can't find the remote. Is there a way to disarm the alarm so i can program a new remote? If you know how you can post here or email me at lockdown416@rogers.com.
Thanks.

Look here for the manual for your alarm. I believe to enter Valet mode you need to turn the ignition switch on and off either 3 or 5 times. It depends on your model alarm. You have to do this quickly, within about 5 seconds.

Toggle ignition switch 5 times within 3 seconds and after you do this, have a new transmitter handy because you can relearn a new tranmistter at the same time. Press LOCK or button #1 if its a 2 way system and it will learn a new transmitter.
