Well, I got a new car, a sports car, and I want to enjoy a nice setup, but I want it to be removeable to take out the extra weight when I go racing. Does anybody have any suggestions for what I can do as far as having clips that I can disconnect for a 4awg power wire? I can find stuff that I can use for speaker wire, etc, pretty commonly, but nothing for that large of gauge. Any thoughts?

These work ok but they aren't very pretty.

is the "sports car" the WRX STi in your signature? must say i've driven one and they're a great boy racer car. i've seen the 1/4 mile for those anywhere from 13.3-13.8

Wow, yes, like I said, I'm stupid. Many thanks, thats exactly what I needed, I owe you one, which I will more then likely never repay.
Jetta, yes, thats my current toy, came pretty close to getting myself a VW as well, but when it came down to it, AWD 2.5liter turbo bested the 1.8t that I would have ended up with. Never driven any of the 2.0's yet though, are they pretty decent?
the STi has been my dream car for some time, I figured it was worth the extra $150 or so/month. But my dreamcar also has to have a great stereo, but I don't want to sacrafice too much on the 1/4, ya know? Thus needing something I can remove quickly.
There are people on impreza forums that have timeslips of getting 13 flat in the quarter on a stock STi, which would be an incredible run, but it can happen.

Okay, I got these, they look perfect, but how do I actually attach the wire inside of the terminal? Do I just stick it in there and hammer it down to crimp it or what?

From what it says in the discription it looks like they just push in.  Quote:Intergal satinless steel springs maintain constant presuure on the contacts for low resistance
