Is it a droplet or smeared on ?
Droplet : Use a small screw driver and hammer and tap it off the paint. Make sure that the screw driver is almost level ( 180 degree ) af the droplet.
Smeared: Use a soft cloth with acetone to wipe off the dried fiberglass. Right after you wipe the suface have a wet cloth to wipe off the acetone, otherwise it will eat away at your clearcoat and paint.
