protart ct-3260 lil problem

{TABLE id=HB_Mail_Container height="100%" cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=0 width="100%" UNABLE="on"}{TR height="100%" width="100%" UNABLE="on"}{TD id=HB_Focus_Element vAlign=top width="100%" background=""0 UNABLE="off"}{P}Ok,first of all,it's on a dodge neon 98 manual tranny{/P}{P}I've just finished installed it and I can put my rs in ready mode and start it right after but if i'm waiting like 30 seconds my rs is giving 3 flashes saying me that he as quite the ready mode and won't start.I have an alarm system and if I disconnect it won't change,it gives me 3 flash.So,what can quit the ready mode.{/P}{P}P.S.
