I recently installed a pioneer deck that is equipped with a ORANGE / White ILLUM wire. Does this wire exist on my factory harness or is there a relay somewhere i can connect to interact with my dimmer switch?

Not required, but if you want to connect that to the brown positive park light wire in the vehicle. Should be in the drivers kick panel.

Will wiring it to this wire allow me to control the brightness using the dimmer?

No, the illumination wire will cause the deck's display to dim a predetermined amount when the parking lights are lit. If your deck does not have a dimmer wire, this is the best you can do short of dissassembling the unit and voiding the warranty, etc.

Does anyone have a diagram of where the brown parking wire exists?

Would that be Instrument Panel, Center Panel, or Underhood?
