That's what I thought...

If it ends up sounding like crap because the enclosure is wrong for the subs, let the forum know if you want help designing and building a new box for them.

Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.

Sorry just don't wanna fry the sub like the 1 I did earlier 2day. Wasn't sure if wiring the outside of the box was the same as wiring the speakers inside the box 2gether. Thanx 4 all your help!

you have a good chance of frying those speakers if you put them in a box thats not designed for them. especially if your running them full bore.

The box that they come from is about the same size except it isa little taller with a wedge shape and no wall in the middle. The 1 I am putting them in is a rectangle with a divider in the box
