2005 yukon denali remote start

bout to do an install on this denali.  can't find any wire write-ups, and just wanting some info from the pros, if there's anything to look out for?  any kind of fancy crap that i'll run into (out of the ordinary) or any stock security stuff that i need to get some modules for?  thanks for all your help!!!

Do yourself a favor and get a module for this one, it's night and day. The 457G will bypass the Passlock, work the locks and factory alarm, and give you door trigger.Mike M2

i've only done about a dozen installs.  so, i'm not top notch on all the available stuff.  so.... what are you talkin bout?  it sounds good, if it is what i think it is.  but, where do i get one of these also?  thanks!!!

The 2005 GM trucks are a pretty easy install with the correct parts. As Mike has already stated picking up a data interface is really the only way to go with your truck. That one piece handles door locks, alarm arm/disarm and passlock bypass with a single wire connection to the vehicle. Just did one yesterday, real basic instal withthe right bypass, the DEI model mentioned above or the GMDLBP or XK01 AMDL firmware.. just be sure to power up the 2nd ign and the brown accy 2 wire.

Just go to Ebay and type in 457GW, there's a dozen of them on there....
