I have 2 sets of wires coming out if the FX100. Will the sub amp have two sets of wires also, or just one? I noticed the other posts are calling attention to the BROWN / yellow, and the blue/drk blue. Is it the same at the sub?

Yes, if I remember correctly, the sub is a dual voice coil, so it will have two sets of wires. No, those colors are for the rears. It's not hard to figure out, though. Like most aftermarket speakers, negative terminals are smaller, positives are bigger.
My ex once told me I have a perfect face for radio.

I have a 2006 Silverado with the 6 speaker Bose system.  I am looking to add an amp and sub but need to tap into the sub wires.  This is not as easy as it seems (short of completely removing the entire center consol from the dash).  Any idea  as to what wires these are coming out of the Bose amplifier for the factory sub?
