The door trigger is grounded when open and 12v when closed. I spliced into it behind the kick panel.

Anybody? If all my wire connections sound correct is there someway I can reset the whole system?

Ok, well I decided to check my wire connections since nothing else seemed to be out of order. Turns out a had a wire spliced into the wrong place. Now it works fine. Thanks alot for the help redpeppers!
