"shouldnt the compustar at least try to crank the engine over if i have all of the main wires for the remote start hooked up correctly?"
Wrong! Passlock II think's someone is hot wiring the car, in your case remote starting with the incorrect resistence everything locks up fuel pump, starter etc...
Now, connect all your passlock wire back. Turn the key to Ignition with out starting the vehicle wait another 35 minutes. Don't go further until you get the vehicle started with the key. Fustrating, remember most of us here do this to pay bills, so we can relate to your pains.
BTW, do you have 2nd ignition hook up correctly? Make sure you get that hook up.
Be careful whose advice you buy, but be patient with those who supply it.2000 GMC Sierra Compustar - Page 3 -- posted image.

When you say to hook up my passlock wire...you mean remover the bypass from the yellow wire,..then connect the 2 halves back together? if so then turn the ignition on for 35 minutes without starting,...then try to start the truck?

and i dont mean frustrated with the forums,...i mean with the truck as i havent worked on newer gm just older chryslers.

2nd ignition,...ill have to double check that when i get home from work,..but i am pretty sure i have that on the wire the manual calls for,..and it recieves +12v when ignition is on

And this is why DIY RS in bad. No 2nd IGN hooked up, org acc not hooked up (brown instead), no idea how passlock works, etc....... Light blue for Park light???????? Did he even test the wires prior to hooking them up?
And something is hooked up wrong if he is blowing fuses every time he tries to RS.

my relays were hooked up wrong and that was blowing the fuses,...i fixed that,...
my 2nd ignition wire in the truck (white) is hooked up to the relay that came prewired on the compustar,..the one that the manual says is for 2nd ign/acc
i re hooked up the passlock II wire and the starter wire(yellow) that i had the starter bypass relay installed in and now the truck starts and dies,...
i am letting it sit with the key turned to run for 35 minutes to reset the passlock.
is this the correct procedure?

For the 2nd IGN relay, make sure that you use the GREEN wire from the CN2( I think ) harness to trigger this relay. Also, to reset Passlock II you have to have the ignition turn in the ON position for 10 minutes and the light will stop flashing. ONce it stops you can turn the vehicle OFF and then start the truck.
