The ignition harness is the wires coming out of the ignition switch, usually behind the dash coming down the steering column.

good day,

i am installing a "radiostar generation" LCD remote and so far its been trouble, i cant get the starter to engage, all the door locks work, when i press for a remote start the accessory comes on but doesnt start, i tried the turbo short run and that worked,  i think my problem is with the (+) ignition input of the key cylinder to alarm, i connected this to same wire as  (+) ignition output of the heavy guage harness,?

not sure where to go from here,

thanks in advance, happy new year.

On that  vehicle it has pass key 3 anti theft system that has to be bypassed. See if you can put the key in the ignition dont turn it then try to rs. If it starts thats the problem.

Hi there , On that remote start there is a wire labled neutral safety switch input. If the vehicle can not be started while in gear, then just connect this wire to a ground. This wire neend to see ground before the start proccess will start.
