I spoke with a gentleman here and he can build me a H/O alternator for $329.00.  He said 150 amps....will this suffice for my set up, even if it grows with monitors and maybe an amp or two more?  again, thanks...take care

Here is a post that hopefully will help you. I chose this....basically 'cause its easier than retyping the information.

You have a  large system, not knowing the ratings for all your equipment this should hopefully give you a clearer indication. It is a guide to get you started non the less.

Something that I always use as a rule of thumb. OEM manufacturers don't typically offer "Extra" power for aftermarket applications. So the alternator you have generally is sufficient for the car and its options. You may be able to get away with a couple small additions, but not to the extent of your system.
