lol well check the amp...does it stay on after the car is off??? lol

You either need to turn your loc gain down or the amp gain down. The amp is more probally hooked to ign for turn on if you have the gains to high it will do that when the radio is off. Turn the radio off and leave the key on then turn down the gain either on the amp or the loc until it stops.

just do what chris said and the other guy(sorry, forgot your name).  The problem is absolutely due to an improper gain structure.  adjust and enjoy
