You sure lock signals coming from 570? Disconnect temporarily and test to be sure.

Do they lock/unlock when you turn the key to ignition then off?

I think you're trying to say that the 570 runs then when it shuts down then it unlocks.
If that's the case and what you just posted, then the vehicle's BCM is unlocking the doors when it sees ignition off.
Either re-program the car so it doesn't do this or connect the RAP disable GREEN/ black wire of the 570 (also must cut GREEN/ black loop) to the lock wire in the car (ORANGE / black, driver's kick, negative trigger). Hopefully you aren't using it for FAD.

it unlocks as soon as the remote start engages,  i do currently have the GREEN/ black wired to  FAD, re programming of the car? would that be done at a dealership? the locking/unlocking is easier to deal with than the 3 min run time do you have any suggestions for that???Thanks for all the help

It seems like FAA is unlocking your doors.
Re-program: There might be info in the owner's manual how to remove ignition controlled door locks via the DIC (driver info center) - if customer is OK with it.
3 minute runtime? Haven't the foggiest since it isn't even a programming option. Try disconnecting/reconnecting the two fuses then reprogram TX's and TACH.
