The 4265, is the way to go the old 4266 remote is pretty lame looking. The range on the 4265 is better also.

the 4256 is for automatics i need the manual model which is the 4266m. the old and new models are both called 4266m. One has a oval shaped remote while the newer one is a rectangle. thanx

I see the 4266M is the model for the manual, they use to just classify them as manuals by just adding an M to the part number. ultrastart 4266M - Page 2 - Last Post -- posted image. .

I think I am gonna order it from etronics.com. I just sent them an email asking if its the new rectangle transmitter that they have in stock. Their pic is showing the new model so im just making sure.
