my question is what wires ami supose to mesure with my ohm meter..........

i see three very small gage wires ..... ORANGE / black, light blue and light tan color...

ay help will be appriciated, thanks alot.

Hi,

You should measure between the ORANGE / black and the key side of the tan(could it be yellow?) wire (with wire cut). What you'll want to do is measure the resistance immediately after trying to crank the vehicle. It won't start with the wire cut. Also, remember not to touch your probes or the exposed wires with your fingers. This can throw off the resistance. I hope this helps.

Just so you know, the sercurity system on that van is called passlock 2 not vats.  Vats is usually called passKEY.  This is the ones that have the resistor in the key.
