Use the blck/blue positive in the drivers kickpanel. It will control all doors. There are no diodes needed.

Use the BLACK/ blue (+) for your trigger, and if you want to do the GEM wakeup use the BLACK / YELLOW or yellow/black (-) in the drivers door boot. If you just close all doors and lock with the aftermarket remote like most people will, you should never run into the problem.

There is a small blue wire in a 4pin harness that plugs into the back of the relay pack that houses the ignition wires. That blue wire is your status wire.

I never wake the GEM on Explorers and have yet to have an issue because of it. Simply connect the purple H1/7 to the BLACK/ blue in the kickpanel. It should show 12volts until the interior lights go out. Turn off the delay chirp so it doesn't give a second chirp 5 seconds after arming.

Do like f150 said, the thin blue on the small plug on the satolite relay pack will go to BLACK/ red on the 556s.

did you program the 556s to your vehicle?
