Although those all sound good with that amp and having the probox setup it might sound a little weird because not many people give them a try but the Lanzar Optidrive would more than definatly sound better than all those with that amp and box
Did you just say an Lanzar sub would be better in any way then an audioque?     Please turn around and go back to your dreams of audiobahn and 2000 DB levels!

Id AudioQue affiliated with didgital designs? The heavy duty series looks very similiar to the 3500 series. Or is it just simply a similiar design?

You would chose the 2 or 4 ohm woofers based on what amp you are running and what final load you are trying to accomplish.

all amps hit better rms when its the lower the ohm number so why would you want to put  a higher ohm load? just to need more amp power? phew thats not smart

GUS you have alot to learn.....He meant 2 ohm is not always better then 4 ohm   If you have an amp that will not hanlde a low impedance load you will likely burn up the amplifier.
Do not spread wrong information on this fourm, I know plenty about getting power from an amp, The way I run equpiment is highly unsafe and would likely kill equipment in most situations
If you have a 2 ohm stable amp then a dual 4 ohm sub would be the best combination for that amp.

you mean some ohms are not better then other ohms??  is less ohms better..or more ohm speakers the best...or less ohms? My friend has 2ohm and he says it's better then my 4ohms...so I got 8 ohms now...is that better??

Kidding...but that is about what this post has turned into...lol.....wat up azn??

sorry master5 to jumping but to jeff well if you have a 2 stable amp and have 2 ohm subs  thats the best combo cuz it will give 'em the power they require because the amp is rated power on the ohm specified , if the user does what you mentioned 2 ohm amp > 4 ohm sub then the dang sub isnt getting the power it really could of gotten from the 2 ohms...  its ike this say both me and my friend have the exact set up he has a 4 ohm  2 12''s l5s and i have the same ones(same amp too) mine will sound louder because the amount of power the amp is sending via 2 ohm as aposed to 4 ohm .... from there is just common sense to not over power the subs ,
