I am going to order a Jeep Cherokee Bypass/Interface Combo Kit (JDL-PK) for my '02 Jeep.

My question is (as basic as this seems) the wiring on the ten pin connector wires. Are the inputs to be connected to the Jeeps -door lock input, - unlock input, etc. or connect these inputs from the remote starter harness?

Thanks for any help.

The inputs are from the remote starter.  I am not familiar with this particular bypass but it most likely only has one connection to the vehicle other then power and ground.  The other one will be to the data link connector.

Thanks for help.

print of the JDL-PK http://www.12voltdirect.com/manual/JDL-PK_01.pdf

So, then I do not have to search for the wires in the Jeep for the dome light, power lock/unlock etc..

If I understand you correctly I would just connect my remote starter/alarm wires to the JDL-PK

Right :)

For the dome light you will likely have to hook it up.
