I am looking at installing an overhead dvd around 10" (haven't purchased yet) in my 2002 Ford F-250 crew cab. I want to install it on the flat spot right behind the dome light.  Does anyone have any mounting / installation  tips on this truck ?  Thanks,  Jim

10" wont fit . 8.5 will but you will need to make a support.

ok, thanks for the info Joe. Have been leaning toward the Myron & Davis ADM-107 . The dimensions show it would fit (barely) on the flat spot behind the dome light. I need to go by the local shop that sells them and hold it up there and see.   Jim

Hey Joe, I just went to your site and saw you carry that brand. I heard they are good ones.  Jim

Well I ordered and received a Myron&Davis ADM107 . Seems like a nice unit. Will be installing it Saturday morning. The only thing I was upset about was the print on the outside of the box where it shows the features etc. They drew a line through the a/v output feature. Now i wish I would of ordered an ADM102 which really has a/v output. I wonder why they did that? Most of the advertisements say a/v output . I even opened and read the owners manual and it shows a/v output. I wanted to run direct to head unit and not have to use the modulated signal. oh well.    Jim
