yes you can

on 12volt relay 86& 87 go to (+) and 85 go to alarm triger (-) from alarm and 30 is out put (+)

what do you mean 12volt relay 86&87?

not sure what exactly your refering too.

Yep. You need to change the polarity. The Aux outputs on the alarm will be a negative(-). Your lights will more then likely require a positive(+) signal to activate them. You will need to program the aux channel to "latch"
It comes by default to "pulse"
