Has anyone done one of these .

I have DEI's tech sheet and astroflex tech sheet and one says one thing and one says something totally different.

going by Dei  they are saying use a 556u and it's pretty staight forward car that starts once the ing lights up and the acc drops off.

but now Astro says it's like a colorado  or hummer h3 type wiring .

I'm gonna be doing this car on the side  guy has 2 of them . just haven't seen one of these in the shop yet.

This is gonna be on my time so I would like to make sure I have my info correct before I dive right in

Thanks for any input

Phil

XK 01 [door locks, don't really need it] ] and XK06 hybrid passkey bypass that way ya don't have to bury the key, other than that the car is pretty easy.

I'm not worried about burying a key   they have 3 for each car

i'm just wondering whos tech sheet I should follow.

is it one of them cars that see ing and acc then drop off the cars knows to start or is it when i have to cut this measure the resistence against another wire type of deal.

I'm just trying to make sure I have what I need before I drive to the job get into it and find out I need something that I don't have access to on the weekend

Thanks

I use Astros chart. If you have he diagram from them it explains it all. Whan the ign goes hot it breaks connection to the keysense/starter wire and use another relay programed to energize when the starter wire goes hot [from the remote starter] to send 1.3k to the reference wire. If you need the pinout just say the word...
