i have a set up that pops when you turn off the power to the car it pops hard .

on my neg wires i have 0 ohms ,i have a set of 0g wires for -/+to the amps form the batteries ,the set up all so has a 8g wire of -neg- to the deck and eq that is also 0 ohms

i tried a new deck and no luck ,bypass the rem wire to the amps with a 12v power line also no luck ,

i have noticed at start up on the deck if i move form tuner to cd it pops once and that is it ,if i power the deck off by turn the deck off at the deck no pop ,if you turn off the suv it will pop

what i have in the suv alpine dva9861 ,a/c dqxs(eq),3 amps all audisons vrx 4300 lrx2500 lrx 2160 ,focal speakers,h/o alt 220,2150 battery

what car is it? does it have 'premium' sound? ie: bose or the like?

That is what i heard if you use the wiring harness from metra (Metra VT-Gmos-04) are you using that harness?

if you find any solutions please let me know.

my assumption is that you have stock amplifiers which are turning on before you new HU

my assumption is that you have stock amplifiers which are turning on before you new HU the stock amp is in the car but no speakers go to it

if you look at ny home page you will see pic's of the suv

Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.

are you sure you disconnected the premium sound amps?
is it only the sub that is popping?

no it is not just my sub

and how/why disconnect the stock amp if you have no speakers to it (are you thinking the stock amp giveing a pop ?)

i do not know what to look at next

this happens if i trun the key off ,not when i trun the deck off
