While rummaging through a box of absolute crap (mostly broken phone cables and curtain hardware), I scored what could be an extra fob for my remote starter at the MIT Flea yesterday. Internally and externally, it looks just like my original, except instead of Whister molded in the plastic, it says "on/off". No FCC ID printed extermally, but at $4 It was worth the shot.
this is what it looks like...
Any ideas on the sequence to get this working on my system? I bought my Pathfinder with the starter installed and no documentation. I only know it's a whistler because of a safety sticker in the engine bay identifying the presence of an auto starter. The Whistler website has no info on this.
Thx

For what it's worth, it's a '96 Nissan Pathfinder LE 4x4.
Starter is an unknown Whistler model apparently from that same vintage.
