My installation program mentions that you may have a pink/blue wire and a WHITE/ blue wire at the bcm that arms and disarms the factory system but it rests at 5v and mentions to use relays to prevent a positive 12v signal.  Your alarm may pulse positive or negative when triggered.  One side will give 12v while the other gives a negative and vise versa.  Try see if your lock wire gets any type of voltage when triggered  by the switches of the key cylinder.  Check with a multimeter for the proper results.
