2005 ford taurus door false triggering?

im working on a 2005 ford taurus and i used the directechs printout to find all my wires ever 50 minutes or so the alarm goes off for no apperant reason when i dis arm the alarm which is a autopage rf-315 it says that the door trigger was at fault i used the negative trigger and diode isalated the four wires has any one else had this problem and if so what was the remedy

it could be that the car is shutting down, hence causing a false trigger.  Go to the downloads section on this website and look for DOC 1076
