software/wiring diagrams

I am pretty proficient at installing car audio stuff, but over the next couple months I'm moving into car alarms and door lock actuators (my truck doesn't have power anything). The circuitry seems to be quite a bit more complicated so I'd like to download some software and model the circuits I am going to build before I start. Do you guys know of any good free software downloads for this purpose? Also I need to find the wiring diagram for a 2001 Dodge Ram Extended Cab. Where can I find that? Just for reference: I am installing a Viper 350HV, and Crimestopper actuators. I really appreciate any advice.
