I have a 15" tc-3000 in a 1.8cuft sealed box getting 750w right now. I'm looking getting a MTX TA91002 which is rated at 2x750w @ 1ohm or 1500w bridged @ 2ohm. same wattage, but I'm just wondering if it would be better to run it 2x1ohm or 1x 2ohm. any thoughts....thanks in advance

I always prefer to operate subwoofer amps in mono (bridged stereo is mono) if possible.  Does it make a difference?  Not really.

What's the voice coil configuration? If dual 1 ohm coils, either way. If dual 2 ohm coils, 2 ohms per channel or bridged to 4 ohms. If dual 4 ohm coils, 4 ohms per channel or 2 ohms bridged (the 1 X 2 ohm option). Those are your only safe options, but I can only guess, as I don't know what your woofer configuration is.
It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."

Sorry I forgot to include the config. It's quad 2ohms coils. I don't think this amp is dual mono. It's just a 2 channel amp that I want to run subs on.

With quad 2 ohm coils, you can go 1 ohm per channel, OR bridge it into 2 ohms... It won't matter, electrically, but as DYohn sez, he prefers bridged to stereo.
