Hey guys I want to install a new batt in my 2002 ford explorer so I can run the audio video and well my amps and everything. Do you know how to do it and if you do, any diagrams on how to do it...

are you going to wire in an isolator to isolate the two batteries from eachother? (this prevents the stereo battery from killing your car battery if you want to run your setup while the vehicle is off, so you can always start your vehicle without difficulty)

personally, I have two batteries, but I didnt isolate them...however, I am aware of my stereos current draw potential and I always keep that in mind when I am playing my stereo while the car is off...

which setup will you be going with?

Ok I will try an isolater but I need help on how to wire it pictures or drawings will help allot...

here is a wiring diagram for hooking up a isolator.. i use the sr200 by stinger and it works perfect!
