ok, so i've been researching alternators and i have found some pretty scarry stuff.  http://www.zena.net/htdocs/alternators/alt_inf2.shtml#AltSizeCalc <------  this website here is implying that is is quite difficult to replace a stock alternator (well not actually difficult, but there are quite a bit of things to consider).  what is the likelyhood that going with a high output alt will actually damage the cars computer? or anything else for that matter?  if i understand it correctly, the electrical components in my car only use as much current as they need, so having an extra  say -95 amps - shouldnt hurt anything, right?   then it goes into talking about batteries being charged etc..    this is very complicated!   what do i need to look for in a battery if i go with a 200 amp alternator - charging wise? (i realize there wont be 200 amps available all the time just at certain engine speeds)  any help or knowledge would greatly be appreciated here.   thanks in advance.
