I have a Python 1400XP in an 05 Dodge 2500 Diesel, anyway I took it to have some warranty work done. When I got it back the transmitters would not work. I got into it and run a diagnostics test and it said the (+/-) Shutdown fault had occured. I believe the unit just needs to be reset but my book isn't very explicit about how to do it. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

look in the down load section on this site the install guide is there it tell ya how to program the remotes.
