Hello,

I need a 12+VDC latching relay that'll do the following:

1. 1st 12+VDC pulse= latch

2. 2nd 12+VDC pulse= unlatch

3. Power loss= unlatch

Thanks

Ryan

You need two relays. The first will be the latch relay, the second will shut it downlatching relay -- posted image.

So how would you go about making the first pulse latch power on, the second activate a second relay monetary on, and the third pulse turn them all back off, and the fourth pulse start thesequence again??

That would be a complicated mind boggling circuit.

A Digital circuit would be required.

You could just buy a 4 channel remote to do the job.

Well if you say that, I'm betting thats a pretty definitive answer :)  How would a remote do this? i already have a remote start installed and would be hooking into this.
