Well your problem it's resistance ..

I pluged my HID 50 WAtts on my aveo ... well the original  Low-beam (55-100 watts ) was not enought good for the hid ... but the High beam ( 100 watts ) was ok (harness light )

well my solution was using the relays direct from the battery ( using 30 .. ) and connect the coil on the harness ... and the 87 on the Light who needed power ... well no needed cap .. or nothing else !!
