what's some thoughts for some pretty good sub's $150 and less for a box about 1.9 cf?

it's a 1000 watt crunch blackmaxx. bridgeable to 4ohms. 2ohms in stereo

i would like to use 12's but tens would be okay to. i want the best sound for the size of my box 1.9 cf.

1.9 is that total cubic feet? Or per sub? pioneer's new subs are 100 bucks each and they are straight. 1 cubic foot per 10" svc sub.  800 watt max.

Two CV HED dual 4's.  They do sound good in small sealed.  But, just like any other sub, if you want to make people take notice of you coming up the street two blocks away, you'll have to give up a lot more displacement for the subs.

I personally don't want to hear someone booming up the block.  If you're more like me and want to hear it loud and clear IN the car, this is a good budget subwoofer.  Make sure you have invested in the Dynamat, Fatmat, oatmealmat, what'sitsface-mat, mat-mat...or whateverthename-mat...to take out the car rattles.

Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.
