alpine all the way. I recently got a pair of 12" type R's, and they compared to my 2 15" Treo's pretty well. The 15's were at half power tho. :) Overall tho, the 12" R's are the best 12's I've heard for the price range. (just under 300 on amazon.com)

jl audio baby but im kind of torn but i can only vote once in one car jl 500 on four w6's and in the other kicker 1200 1 on four kicker cvr's and they both sound so good but i think my minds playing trick on me.

i cant decide what to vite for. I love kicker subs and amps, but alpine speakers and headunits are good too, so i dont know.

Well, I had to go with Kicker. They have yet to prove me wrong as far as subwoofer quality and reliabilty. And I would have to go with pioneer for hu

Pioneer p500ub hu, 2 12"kicker 07c124's in a bandpass, soundstream vanquish 1200 amp, infinty kappa fronts, sony 6x9's in the rear.

All of the above. It depends on which item is best suited for the customers application. There is no "one size fits all".
