I have a 2003 f-250. It does not have factory keyless entry or alarm (weird I know). Some people are telling me that I have to tie into each individual door for the door driggers. Is this true? Shouldn't there be a common wire fo all four? Any help would be great!

The reason you need to find the seperate door triggers is because of the dome light delay feature. If you want a common wire for both doors use the (+)side of any courtesy light under the dash. Im thinking its a BLACK/ blue wire. Be sure to use the (+) door trigger wire from the alarm. Double check the wire with a meter to confirm. Good luck with this. Brian

I'm not sure that this matters, but the truck is 4 drs. So your saying that I can just tie into any courtesy light? That makes sense.
