01 caravan alarm problem

Installed a 2 way compustar (cm3000 module)on a 2001 Dodge Caravan.Everything works fine except when i did the individual door triggers using 1amp diodes,after alarm is armed,it triggers after about a minute.The 2 way pager shows a door is open. I have used the + trigger for now(yellow/orange)which is fine but when i arm,the pager beeps 4 times showing door open. What can i do to resolve this? Is there a way to delay the door trigger on the alarm module(i did not see one in the install manual)as that would take care of the problem. Any feed back will be very much appreciated.Thanks.

The headlights are negative trigger thru a 790 ohm resistor. There is a rest resistance on the wire, so MUST use a relay to isolate away from the switch. The driver door trigger is purple in pin 6, the passenger door is PURPLE / white in pin 7, the left sliding door is PURPLE / gray in pin 8, and the right sliding door is purple / YELLOW in pin 5. Disarm is negative trigger thru a 9.1K ohm resistor, if use double pulse this will also unlock the doors. MUST use relays. For proper monitoring, it is best to use the separate doorpin wires. They are all found at the middle connector on the BCM under the driver's side dash on the firewall.
