My amp does not work due to my stupidity. Power, ground, fuses and everything work perfectly fine, however i managed to spark the inside of the terminal and something inside shorted. now it wont turn on with everything connected. can anyone help me troubleshoot this?

Huh? Sparked? Sparked what? Which terminal? The speaker output terminals? If that's the case, you probably fried something, and you're gonna need to have it repaired.
You COULD try to disconnect all of the power cables, then reconnect them, see if that'll reset some protection circuit, but that's about as far as you'll be able to go, short of opening the amplifier, which I do not recommend.
It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."

Have you used a volt meter to make sure you have power getting to the amp?
