I also found this box that i think maybe the sensitivity adjustment. I'm just gonna play with it until I get it to something where cars driving by don't set it off.

Is it an automatic? If it is a standard then press clutch in and try to start it. If it starts then it would have something to do with a clutch bypass. If it's an automatic then check the fuses at the power connections. Maybe one is blown that supplies the output to the ignition and or start output wire.
The wire I'm test'n isn't doin' what it's supposed to be doin'... I am so glad I printed that tech sheet, with the wrong info.
Do it right the first time... or I might have to fix it for ya

It is stick-shift(standard) I tried pushing the clutch in and hitting the remote start, but it didn't work. The doors lock and the brain just clicks a few times, but no start.

Regarding the remote start, I was told that someone was messing with the key fob and started the car. The car was in gear and it took off and hit another car. After that, the remote start didn't work.

Your mustang is manual transmission. Your crimestopper rs is designed for automatic transmission. That is why it took off when it was remote started when it was in gear !

Read the warnings in your crimestopper's manual
