prefered bypass kits

hey 12volt people. I hope an admin or administrator can make a poll possibly. well anyways to the point. What type of bypass module do you use? Include Brand, Model etc. Eg Fortin HONDA-SL3. Just want to know what people think is best and most reliable.

directed and bypass kits. Pretty much anything that uses the vehicle's data system is a lifesaver.

I'll have to agree with BypassKit being the best choice. They are great with getting no-key required bypasses for just about every car on the road...and there are few things I dislike more than universal bypass modules.C Renner's Auto Electronix

I definietly give my nod to the idatalink pieces.

It seems that I couldn't find the correct terms for the forum search and wound up starting another thread. Sorry about that. Anyway, I appreciate your advice, one and all. Two questions about the idatalink module. I am looking at the ADS-TB multi -platform transponder bypass. It appears to me to be both a transponder bypass as well as a doorlock/security interface. Is that right? And second, will this work out of the box without programming, or do you have to buy the programming module too to write the firmware? Thanks. Smedlow

Idatalink kits gets my vote. Smedlow, on the multi platform kits you have to update them for whatever car you are doing. You would need the interface to do so. Very easy to do.Cris
