Thanks again for your help.  I really appreciate it.  I know we got of f to a bad start, so my apologies again.

I just purchased the idatalink ADS-DLSL-HA module.  Same as Can Module.  This should make my install a lot easier. No need for the 451M, or the key bypass module that came with my Viper system. This idatalink module will handle it all, door lock/unlock, arm/disarm, trunk, windows, etc.   Gotta love technology.  :)

I'll post when I have it all done this weekend.

I think Im gonna get an Xk05. I think I can catch the fasd wire and I dont care about the locks. This should be ok I think. Any arguements? yays or nays?
