i was gonna get the makita 9.6volt one for about 120

i really like the dewalt 12v but its almost  200

I own a small collection of drills and I've been using my Makita right angle drill for the past 15 years or better and have had no problems with it except for having to replace the switch a few times as I have with most of my other cordless drills, but when I can I prefer to use my pneumatic right angle drill. It's quite a bit smaller than the Makita and works great. You can get a pnuematic drill for prices starting at less than what you might pay for a cordless.

.....oO( get both! )

I understand. The one I have is 7.2V. Yes, with the right bit you can drill through metal easily.

Brand new it is 169 or so...I bought mine off of ebay for a lot cheaper though. I like how it grips better than the makita, and also it has a higher dependability rating via consumer reports. Makita and Dewalt are both great brands, I just like the feel of the Dewalt a lot better.
