Almost finished my first custom piece. Need a little more sanding and paint, but what do you think so far?

did you use the radio panel from factory and did a mold from fiberglass or how did you do it?

I'm pretty sure that he took the factory head unit console out and then cut away a square that would fit the dvd face.    Then he took the face of the dvd player and just molded it into place, and sanded and primered.

Pretty much what realitycheck said and I molded in a GM recessed dash kit to relocate the single din radio to the bottom. The A/C controls were where the top of the screen is and the double din radio cutout was below it.
